Billux offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card or payment required. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the software during the trial period before purchasing a subscription. No charges are made during the trial.
A full refund will be issued if:
You may stop using Billux at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-subscription.
To cancel your account, simply do not renew when your subscription expires. Your data will be retained for 90 days after expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Billux subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive email reminders 7 days before your subscription expires. Renewal payments are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
If a payment fails or is declined after being deducted from your account, contact us immediately at support@billux.in with your payment reference. We will investigate and either activate your subscription or arrange a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
