Billux Standard costs ₹2,500 + GST a year on the web, ₹1,500 + GST on the Android app only, or ₹3,000 + GST for web and app together. Professional costs ₹5,000, ₹3,000 or ₹6,000 + GST a year on the same platforms. GST is 18%. A 3-year plan costs the price of 2½ years. It is one price for the whole shop — no per-user charges, no setup fee and no hidden add-ons.

Yes. Every price on this page is before GST, and 18% GST is added when you pay. For example, Web Standard for 1 year is ₹2,500 + ₹450 GST = ₹2,950.

The launch offer runs until 31 Dec 2026. Plans bought during the offer keep the offer price for the period paid for; renewals after the offer are at the regular price.

They decide where your shop can sign in. A Web plan works in a web browser only (PC, laptop, tablet or phone). An App plan works in the Billux Android app only. Web + App works in both, with the same data on each. The Standard and Professional features are the same on every platform.

You pay once for 3 years at the price of 2½ years. For example, Web Standard for 3 years is ₹6,250 + GST instead of ₹7,500 + GST for three 1-year plans. Your account stays active for the full 3 years.

Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial on Web + App with all Professional features switched on, and no credit card is needed. Your data stays if you buy a plan afterwards.

You pay once for 1 year or 3 years, and your account is active for that whole period. No per-user charges, no hidden add-ons, no monthly billing. When it ends, renew to continue — all your data stays exactly as you left it. A renewal of the same plan bought early starts when your current plan ends.

Professional is everything in Standard, plus unlimited users and branches, offline billing, loyalty points, multiple godowns, party-wise price lists, purchase order to GRN, recurring invoices, consolidated branch reports, CRM, bill approvals, WhatsApp payment reminders and bulk WhatsApp / SMS campaigns with win-back messages.

No. Existing Standard customers keep their current features until renewal. The Standard limits (2 users, 1 branch, Professional-only features) apply from your next renewal; upgrade to Professional at any time to keep everything.

Yes, on the Professional plan: the retail and supermarket POS counters keep billing offline and sync the bills when the connection returns. Reports and the other screens need internet.

Yes. Both plans print GST-compliant tax invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST and produce GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports, the GSTR-1 JSON for the GST portal, and Tally XML export for your accountant.

Yes. Web plans work on any device with a web browser — PC, laptop, tablet or phone — with nothing to install. App plans work on Android phones and tablets with the Billux app. Web + App covers both. Standard supports up to 2 users (owner + 1 staff); Professional supports unlimited users.
