Does Billux work for supermarkets and retail shops?
Yes. Billux has counters built for supermarkets, retail and kirana shops, pharmacies, restaurants, salons and clothing stores, with barcode scanning, 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipts, split Cash + UPI + Card payment and, on the supermarket counter, a customer-facing display.
Does Billux support barcode scanning and labels?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works, and phones can scan with the camera. You can print barcode labels on 28 ready-made roll and A4 sheet sizes — from 25 × 15 mm to 100 × 150 mm — or set your own label size.
Can Billux print on 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers?
Yes. Receipts are laid out for 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers and show item details, MRP and your price, the CGST/SGST (or IGST) split, and your shop name and phone number.
Does Billux have inventory management?
Yes — real-time stock tracking, low stock alerts, physical stock count, purchase bills from suppliers, batch and expiry tracking, and stock valuation. Multi-godown stock and purchase orders are in the Professional plan.
Does Billux support WhatsApp invoice sharing?
Yes. After any bill you can share it on WhatsApp in one tap; the customer gets a link to their digital bill. When money is still due, the bill can carry your UPI QR code so they can pay straight away.
Does Billux work for pharmacies?
Yes. The pharmacy counter tracks batch and expiry, warns before medicines expire, records the doctor for Schedule H, H1 and X drugs, and applies GST by HSN code — most medicines are 5% since 22 September 2025.
Does Billux send payment reminders and WhatsApp campaigns?
Yes, on the Professional plan. Billux sends WhatsApp payment reminders for overdue bills, bulk WhatsApp / SMS campaigns and win-back messages to customers who have not visited in a while. Sharing a bill on WhatsApp or email is included in every plan.
Does Billux have loyalty points for customers?
Yes, on the Professional plan. Customers earn points on every purchase and redeem them on a later bill, and you choose how many points each purchase earns.
